2. Course Registration and Payment

2.1 Course Registration

To register for a course, you may be required to complete a registration process on our website or via other channels we provide and pay the applicable fees. By registering, you agree to:

2.2 Payment

All fees for courses and Services must be paid in full at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated. We may accept various payment methods, as indicated on our website or during the registration process.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may require you to change or cancel a registration.

• Cancellations made less than seventy‑two (72) hours before the scheduled class start date will not be refunded.
• To reschedule for a future class without additional charges, you must notify us at least seventy‑two (72) hours before the original class date.
• If you reschedule within twenty‑four (24) hours of a registered class date, you will be charged 50% of the full class price.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule courses as necessary.

In the event that we cancel a course, we will provide options such as rescheduling or a refund, as appropriate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website and within our courses and Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, software, course materials, and other content (collectively, “Content”), are the property of GTC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly authorized by us, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any Content
• Use any Content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
